Saidiavacations.com provides you with the tools, information and support to help you manage your property, whether you want to retain your property for own use or maximise yields on the rental market.
Book and pay on-line Each property advertised on saidiavacations.com has its own availability calendar and pricing matrix, so your guests can make bookings and payments on-line, reducing the email traffic you need to deal with. Flexibility in our payment system means that you can decide whether to take deposits or full payment at the point of booking, and set tariffs for different seasons.
Offer extras with the booking Owners may define extras at the point of booking, so if your guest wants a food package organised, extra towel changes, or to hire a cot, then you can charge for these 'extras' with the booking.
Email booking confirmations When you receive a booking, the saidiavacations booking engine updates your availability calendar, stores all the details, and sends you and your guest a confirmation by email. It just remains for you to collect any further monies (if you've taken a deposit), and send out your information pack.
Helps interface with service providers Your guests can see your availability calendar and so can your service providers, so they know when the property is booked and needs servicing.
Participate in an owner community Our forum provides facilities to work with other owners, share experiences, deal with overflow, lobby developers, do collective agreements with service providers, and influence the way saidiavacations.com is developed (its your booking engine).

Registration On our Owners Pages you can register. Registration provides you access to the full suite of owners tools and information, and is reserved for property owners at Mediterrania Saidia. Following registration you will receive an email asking you to provide details of your property (or properties). At the same time, we will ask you whether you would like to advertise your property with saidiavacations.com. Advertising your property is optional. As an owner, you are welcome to just register and use the facilities that we offer without advertising.
Advertising your property If you decide to advertise with us, we send you an email with an electronic proforma to complete together with instructions and advise. You complete the proforma, and send it back along with any photos you'd like to include. We then build the web page/s for you, provide any advice and suggestions we think necessary, and finally seek your approval before publishing.
We'll also provide access and instructions on how to maintain your availability calendar and review your booking details.
If you wish to make further improvements to your property advertisement, or add or change the photos, you simply update the proforma and send it through to us, and we'll do the rest.
When you advertise your property with www.saidiavacations.com, as an added bonus, links to your property details wil automatically be listed on www.gafian.com (get away from it all now).
Costs There are no fixed charges. You pay saidiavacations.com for each day your property is booked. So no bookings no costs.
You pay saidiavacations.com £1.50 (2 €) per day for each day booked using the sadiavacations.com booking engine, plus payment gateway charges and (where applicable) international bank transfer charges.
Payment gateway charges are those fees applicable to accepting credit card payments. International bank transfer charges may be applicable if your bank account is in a country where we don't have a bank account. However, we will endeavour to set-up bank accounts in all countries where we have sufficient advertising owners, in order that we avoid these costs.
Here's a worst case example: A guest rents your property for two weeks (14 days) for £1,120.00 saidiavacations.com fees are £1.50 per day = £21.00 PayPal charges between 1.9% and 3.4% plus £0.20 on each transaction depending on the volume of business that saidiavacations.com transact via PayPal. saidiavacations.com pass these charges on at actual cost. For the purposes of this example, lets assume the worst; 3.4% + £0.20 = £38.28 In this worst case example you will receive £1,060.72
